steel meridian is of a more unusual styling which adds to the overall

Each globe stand is painstakingly hand produced and signed by the original
designer J.P. Roberts here in the United States. The combination of form and
function is evident with this globe as it features an adjustable swivel
mechanism that allows you to tilt the globe 180 degrees for easy viewing of
the southern hemisphere.
The handcrafted stand of red oak with distressed cherry finish and
steel meridian is complemented nicely with Replogle's Bronze Metallic globe
ball. This combination of rich hues of cherry, rubbed steel, and bronze metallic
inks give this globe a pleasant rustic look and feel. The globe features
accurately formed raised relief mountains, which enables one to feel the
mountain ranges of the world. Each globe features over 4,000 place name
labels, and is made from 100% reclaimed paperfiber. A very elegant design with a more traditional styling that will
certainly become the focal point of any home or office decor.
