The full-swing meridian allows convenient exploration of the globe's southern hemisphere, and the calibration along the meridian ring can be helpful in pinpointing latitude locations around the globe. The fully detailed political globe ball includes over a thousand text labels, including oceans, continents, countries, major cities and each US state.
