It is a modified version of the famous Barrel Chair originally designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1903 and modified for his personal use at his home Taliesin in Spring Green, Wisconsin and for Herbert F. Johnson for his home Wingspread in Racine, Wisconsin in 1937.

Featuring a classic 16" antique ocean globe ball set in a breathtaking medium-dark walnut stand, this globe will make an excellent addition to your home or office. The globe ball is made from 100% reclaimed paperfiber, and features raised relief mountains, as well as over 4000 place name labels.

This package also qualifies the buyer to participate in the factory-direct updatable globe program which allows one to replace the globe with a new, updated globe when needed.
