The Mission's three-column arch of
squared-wood legs and black-finished steel elegantly demonstrate how simple form
can be the height of style. Like the architectural movement that inspired
its name, the Mission brings together elements from nature and forms them into a

Many right angles and squared off edges on the stand contrast starkly with the
orbicular sphere and circular meridian of this model, creating an interesting
effect. Black iron fittings and foot surround the three square, medium cherry
finished maple legs, creating a classic, mission-style globe stand. Overall
construction of the stand is top-notch & will compliment other high quality
mission pieces.
Globe ball is a highly detailed 16" globe with raised relief mountains. Globe
comes with a top-of-the-line, calibrated brass meridian, which allows for
movement of the globe in all directions. One great feature of this stand is that
the globe sphere is not obstructed by any horizon ring or any other parts,
allowing for boundless exploration of the sphere.
