Each continent is represented by various hand-carved gemstones, all set in oceans of rich ground blue Lapis Lazuli. Base is also made of ground blue Lapis with the semi-meridian (arc) in brushed silver finish. Deserving of an important spot on any desk or shelf, this globe is a classic gift.
