Dull paper gores over plaster. Nickle plated time dial at North Pole. Oceans finished in medium blue showing International Date Line, ecliptic, isothermal lines, ocean currents, undersea cables, and large analemma in Pacific. Offset mounted without meridian atop pylon and square copper plated felted base. Extremely detailed for its size. Shows empires of Germany, Russia, Austria-Hungary and China. Either by W. & A.K. Johnston or G.W. Bacon. London. c1900. Dust soiled.
