8 inch globe Made by Weber Costello Co. Chicago Heights Illinois. Copyright by G.W. Bacon & Co. Ltd. Chicago Heights, Ill. c1926. 

A Weber Costello globe, with English Bacon gores. Dull paper gores over plaster, time dial at North Pole. Oceans finished in olive green with ocean currents, isothermal lines, trade winds and analemma. Offset mounted on a cast iron three-legged table stand, modernistic with paw feet. Shows Leningrad in Russia, Treaty of Versailles Europe. Considerable surface losses. Recoloring. Desirable size.
