Coated paper gores over cork, lacks time dial at North Pole. Oceans finished in pea green with isothermal lines, ocean currents, trade winds, tropics of Cancer and Capricorn and analemma. Bronzed full mount tripod table stand with paw feet, horizon ring a modern reproduction. Length of tape stuck to surface, full ring meridian once broken and welded, cracked at South Pole, few modern fasteners. Shows Leningrad in Russia but does not yet mention U.S.S.R. Desirable small size.
