Transfer printed surface on hollow steel orb. No time dial. Oceans finished in dark gray green. Very simple surface. Shows Chosen as Japanese but Manchuria as still independent and separately colored. Mounts within a blackened cast iron stand with conforming ferule manufactured by United Mfrs. Ltd. N.Y. (their Casting 2) above square four-footed base. Pull chain switch. Shade supplied. Quite an early Chein globe.
